Redlands CJDR COVID-19 Plans and Hours of Operation

It’s an unfortunate truth that the COVID-19 coronavirus infection is continuing to spread across California and the country at large. San Bernardino County has gone so far as to issue a shelter in place order. Due to the circumstances, Redlands CJDR is changing the way it operates for a while. We do not make these changes lightly, but we feel they are in the best interests of our customers and our community.

New Hours of Operation

Our current sales hours are Monday through Saturday 8:30  a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Our parts and service department still remain open with a revised schedule of Monday through Friday 7  a.m. to 6  p.m and Saturday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. These changes will remain in place until further notice.

For essential sales needs, our Sales Department Managers will be manning the phones and handling online requests. We still want to assist our customers in any way possible through this difficult time, especially when it comes to Essential Need Sales.

We encourage you to continue shopping and researching from your home or phone, and we are still here to answer any questions or address any concerns that you may have. Ultimately, we want our customers to be safe and we want our community to remain strong through this challenging time. It can be frustrating or disappointing that you can’t get out to see our new and pre-owned inventory right now, but this is a necessary measure so that we as a community, along with our neighboring communities, can get through this. Our service and parts department are both here for you now and when this crisis passes, our dealership at large will be here for you just as it was before.
