New manager at service Jay... treated us so good!! This dealership needed some help in this department and both people that helped me were very nice. Enterprise didn’t have a 4x4 at the time so the dealership helped me out by renting me one of theirs which was very nice of them. Got my car fixed quickly over the busy thanksgiving week.

I was WAY overdue for a lube on my 2006 Town and Country. I drive as little as possible these days due to age. So I took my car for service. Along with new front brakes it was found that I needed several other things. Several MAJOR. Thanks to your attentive "service personal" my daughters feel I am safer on the streets. I had such an amazing experience from Alex at the Redlands Jeep dealership. My battery had died 3 times on me and when we called all the local dealerships around Riverside where I live, only Alex from Redlands had the spectacular customer service to make us feel like he was happy to help me.
